The Primary Delivery Model

The Job Junction Primary has been developed by a team of qualified, highly experienced Primary teachers and has already been fully tested in a variety of classroom situations, including mixed year groups, to a wide demographic.

Supports National Curriculum Themes

The programme has been developed in line with National Curriculum themes, and fully supports these aims and objectives.

Structured around School Terms

The programme is delivered in the form of three 4 hour modules, designed ideally to be delivered over each of the three terms of the school year.

Each of the three modules is divided into four 60 minute sessions. Ideally both sessions 1 & 2 should be delivered together in the same day in the first half of each term, and sessions 3 & 4 should be delivered together in the same day in the second half of each term.

We would recommend you follow the suggested delivery model (shown below) which will allow the children to absorb the career-focussed messages that will be continually present and reinforced throughout the school year.

Flexible Delivery

Although we’ve identified the ideal delivery model, we understand that every school is different!

Therefore the programme is structured specifically to give you ultimate flexibility in terms of how you choose to deliver the modules in the classroom. For instance, you might choose to deliver the three modules in their entirety in the latter part of the summer term.

Integrates Across all Curriculum Areas

Some teachers choose to extend the programme further by integrating the themes into other curriculum areas. This approach supports the aims and objectives of this programme along with those of the National Curriculum and gives learning some additional context.

Step by Step Lesson Plans & Materials Provided

We’ve done the planning so you don’t have to. Brilliant we hear you say!

Detailed step by step lesson and resource plans are provided. The display and promotional materials needed to communicate the programme to children, parents and visitors are supplied as standard. In addition to this, the games, challenges and structured activity resources are also provided. Any additional resources required will be readily available in your classroom.

Easily Evaluate Outcomes

Each of the three modules has a ‘pre’ and ‘post’ evaluation mechanic which is completed by pupils and easily identifies and illustrates the outcomes.
